We put North German specialities on the table for you in our "Meeresbrise" hotel restaurant! The hotel restaurant in the Best Western Hotel Lübeck Aquamarin is decorated in country style; friendly and warm colours characterise the pleasant atmosphere. Whether sophisticated, rustic or hearty – our head chef serves you creative specialities from the region. For example, delicious red cabbage soup, home-graved salmon on a hash brown or rustic country bread with a crust and fried egg. Our boatswain pan, with three steaks, sautéed onions and fried potatoes, and the delicious "Hotelier style" North Sea plaice are legendary. In the winter months, our wonderful roast buffet awaits our guests every Sunday. Guten Appetit!

A golden wedding, passing an exam, a christening or a conference – we are happy to host your private parties business dinners, banquets and events. Our hotel restaurant seats around 70 people. Breakfast: Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., at the weekend 6.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

Lunch: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Dinner: From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Sundays: Roast buffet and "Schnitzel XXL" from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
